Creating New Email Marketing Strategies for Boutique Yoga & Pilates Studio

A clear, concise communications strategy helped TYC clients through a software migration with minimal effort and ease, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

The team at Telomere Consulting are amazing at what they do. They really listened to what I wanted to achieve with our email marketing campaigns - they kept our company’s voice and branding but were able to engage with our customers (new and old) in ways we never thought of. If you are considering creating email marketing campaigns, or need a refresh, I cannot recommend Telomere enough!

The Challenge

After migrating from one software platform to another, TYC was looking for a seamless transition for the clients. In addition, they wanted to build out a more robust email and SMS marketing strategy that would focus on nurturing new leads.

The Strategy

We developed a custom email sequence to help clients understand the new software so that their experience was simple and user-friendly. We also created and implemented an entirely new email marketing strategy with dozens of campaigns designed to nurture leads as well as re-engage with lost clients. After analyzing their KPIs and revenue data, we determined a new pricing model with a focus on increasing leads and memberships would be useful.

The Result

Toronto Yoga Co. was able to transition seamlessly between platforms without any disruption to their clients. Segmentation was used to ensure that clients received messaging that was specific to their customer journey. Through concise, informative messaging, clients were able to utilize the new system to book classes and make purchases with ease.

The pricing model ensured more clients retained their loyalty with TYC by having multiple membership options to choose from. In addition, TYC saw a revenue boost of 15% as a result of more consistent email marketing communication strategies.
