The Challenge
The owner of 1Rider purchased the studio during the pandemic and was in need of a fresh marketing strategy to take the studio to its next level. The primary focus was increasing new clients and growing their overall membership base.
The Strategy
We developed and implemented a detailed email marketing strategy that focused on conversions. In addition, we created a new social media plan that focused on increasing community engagement, and took over the social media to ensure that all content was on brand and tied to the overall objectives. In addition, through extensive survey and client interaction, it was established that expanding services would be in the best interest for the studio.
The Result
With a more cohesive and unified brand voice, 1Rider is able to communicate with clients more effectively and with a greater end result: more conversions to memberships. Automating the communication processes allowed the owner to focus more on what she loves - connecting with clients, enhancing the studio offerings, and creating a strong, thriving community of riders.
