What services do you offer?

• Business Consulting: Through our business consulting, we will work with you to streamline your processes, optimize your pricing and increase your leads and conversions. Our goal is to see your studio grow and succeed and to take the overwhelm out of the equation. Our consulting service includes studio consulting on everything from studio operations, service delivery and marketing to staff management, software optimization and more. This service includes monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reporting and strategy.

• ‘Done-for-you’ Marketing Services: Our marketing services are focused on creating captivating content for all of your marketing channels. This services includes:

  • E-mail and text marketing

  • Customized weekly emails and newsletters

  • Copywriting/editing

  • Content marketing and blogs

  • Social media content creation

• Social Media Consulting: With this service we work with you to create a cohesive social media marketing strategy, map out your content calendar, analyze your social media data and help you implement a social media management plan. (Template creation is also available.)

Who are your services for?

We serve boutique fitness studios around the world in such industries as Pilates, reformer Pilates, yoga, barre, indoor cycling, BootCamp, TRX, and HIIT as well as other wellness modalities including vitamin drip therapy, infrared sauna, personal training and health coaching. We work with clients who are just starting their businesses to studios who have been open for more than 20 years. We want to work with clients who are interested in thinking outside the box and are looking for a long-term partnership with their consulting and marketing team. What makes you qualified?

Our team includes former studio owners, managers and teachers, as well as marketing experts and professional writers. Through lived experience, we know how to build a profitable studio and can utilize our management expertise in helping you navigate everything from the big picture goals to the everyday operations and needs. We know how it feels to run a studio and rely on our knowledge to help you make decisions with confidence and growth in mind. We have members on our team who specialize in software, including MindBody, Mariana Tek, Walla, Momence and Wellness Living, as well as marketing experts that can help you create and implement an email marketing strategy that drives sales and conversions. What should I expect if I work with Telomere?

We begin with an intro call where we get to know your business and discuss how we can help. From there we will take a deep dive into your studio with a thorough KPI analysis, and together determine the best marketing and business strategy for you. We will then either meet monthly or bi-weekly, strategizing, creating and implementing your business and marketing plan. In between our consulting sessions, we will be available and communicating with you via your private Slack channel as well as on email. Our team is available to help answer questions and keep you moving toward your goals. During our time together, you’ll quickly see how a consistently implemented, personalized business and marketing strategy can make your vision a reality. We also offer stand alone email marketing and content marketing services. Our services are fully customizable so that we can create a package that works for you.

What is your pricing?

Each of our services has a base price. From there we can build out a plan to include anything from consulting and email/SMS marketing to customized newsletters, social media consulting and more. It’s because our team incorporates professionals in a multitude of fields that we are confident we can help you achieve your goals and thrive.
