The Challenge
Spokehaüs was in need of an overall business strategy to improve revenue, auto-revenue and retention post-COVID closures. They were seeing a steady decline in monthly revenue even though overall classes were doing well. They had the service and the team in place and really needed to refine operations and growth..
The Strategy
We immediately implemented a new pricing structure to facilitate a growth in memberships. We also transitioned them to a new software platform that would allow for a more streamlined experience for their clientele, and would give them access to email marketing to increase their communication with their leads and existing clientele.
The Result
We set a goal of 50 new memberships in the first months and met the goal within 45 days. In addition, their new client retention is now at 50% with most clients converting to passes or memberships, and committing to their time at Spokehaüs. In addition, the team at Spokehaüs is feeling more motivated and connected to the long-term growth goals through an increase in management communications from the studio owner.
