The Challenge

As a new studio, Pause + Purpose was in need of guidance for optimizing their operations and creating a cohesive marketing strategy. In a competitive market, they offer a very unique blend of wellness and yoga and wanted to be sure to stay true to their message while expanding their overall reach.

 

The Strategy

We transitioned to software that would allow for better client engagement and reporting. With a two-fold marketing strategy to increase leads and convert more leads to members we set ambitious goals for both as we built out the schedule, staff and business plan.

 

The Result

Within three months we saw an 83% increase in intro offers sold. In addition, attendance and membership tripled. Overall, the brand awareness within the community increased and the studio owner was able to shift her focus to expanding services and maintaining a happy and experienced staff.
