The Challenge

Othership had a marketing team in place but was looking for a pricing model evaluation and a more advanced strategy for their new email marketing platform. They weren’t seeing the overall conversions they were hoping for.

The Strategy

We started with a comprehensive evaluation of the current pricing model to identify issues leading to low membership conversion. Next, we reviewed existing client communication and made recommendations for updating messaging and cadence of both emails and SMS to encourage more client engagement and retention. The focus was on creating a more seamless experience for the client and ensuring that duplicative messages were deleted. In addition, the messaging needed to be more direct so that the CTA was clear.

The Result

Aligning the pricing model and communications strategy with their ideal customer journey allowed Othership to enhance the client experience through more meaningful, brand conscious communication. Having an outline for messaging frequency and best practices resulted in increased client retention and conversions.
