Preparing a Yoga Studio for a Profitable Sale

A thorough and thoughtful marketing and membership strategy resulted in a profitable studio sale.

Working with the team at Telomere proved to be transformative for my business. Not only did they help me navigate during the pandemic to a virtual platform, they helped streamline my services, optimize my pricing and prepare for the sale of the studio! Very grateful for the entire team!

The Challenge

Yoga Junction is a Louisville, Colorado, studio that creates a space for the entire community to gather, practice and enjoy the benefits of a yoga practice. During the pandemic, Melissa needed assistance with navigating to a virtual platform and creating an on-demand library, as well as the build-out of new email marketing communications to maximize student retention.

The Strategy

We started by building out a robust Vimeo on-demand platform. We then looked at KPIs to assess where gaps were in the customer journey, and decided to implement Brandbot as an email marketing tool. We built out a customized email marketing sequence, specifically focusing on client retention and new client upsells.

The Result

Melissa and the team at Yoga Junction were able to navigate through the pandemic and keep their clients engaged in online offerings. When Melissa was ready to sell her business, the business was in a good place with a robust email marketing strategy and a committed and engaged membership base.
