The Challenge

LifeCYCLE was looking to reevaluate their pricing model after identifying issues with converting clients to membership from the current intro offer. With goals of growing their membership base and improving overall member retention, they needed to modify their current pricing structure based on their ideal customer journey.

 

The Strategy

After conducting a pricing analysis that included a competitor evaluation, we implemented a new intro offer that aligned more with the ideal customer journey and allowed for greater interaction between the LifeCYCLE team and their new clients. This intro offer informed the new membership model, a tiered membership structure that provided more flexibility for their client base. Transitioning to the new pricing model included a clear communication plan for current members.

 

The Result

Ultimately, the LifeCYCLE team saw an increase in conversions from intro offer to membership. Through communication efforts, the upsell conversation was improved for staff and clients alike. Similarly, membership retention improved because of new incentives for longer term commitments.
