The Challenge

Breathing Room is more than a yoga studio, it is a home for people to nourish their souls and find their breathing room. They are a New Haven institution, having just celebrated their 13th birthday! After many years in business, they needed a fresh take on their website, social media, and marketing strategy to help bring new faces into the studio and increase retention. Like most studios, they also needed guidance and support in moving their offerings online during the pandemic.

After completing an in-depth business review we focused on creating a customer journey and experience that was easy to navigate and prioritized the promotion of memberships. In this vein, we created a brand new website with a fresh and inviting aesthetic that helped clients join classes and make purchases with ease. After a thorough audit of their social media and marketing, we created a brand new strategy that worked with their website to create a cohesive brand narrative that spoke to both in-studio and virtual offerings.
