Walking into Breathing Room, you feel it immediately this place was built with intention. The in-studio experience is cohesive with what you see online, so there's no bait-and-switch energy here. The front desk welcomed me genuinely (not performatively), the check-in was smooth, and I was given a tour before class even started. As a first-timer, I never once had to wonder what to do or where to go.
The BR Signature Flow with Margot Broom is the kind of class that reminds you why you fell in love with yoga in the first place. Margot arrived early, stayed after, and made a point to learn names not in a forced way, but in the way that a great teacher just naturally does. Her cues were clear, anatomically precise and well-timed, and the class progressed with real structure and purpose. The lighting, temperature and playlist all worked together to create an experience that felt curated without feeling overdone.
What struck me most was the room itself a genuinely diverse group of people, different bodies, different levels, all moving together without anyone feeling out of place. Modifications were woven in naturally, and not a single person looked like they were having a lesser experience than anyone else. That's rare, and it's a direct reflection of Margot's teaching.
