Account Manager & Studio Consultant

About You

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and personable Account Manager & Studio Consultant to join our team. 

This team-member will be responsible for working with clients directly to help them navigate their business needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and extensive experience in the fitness and wellness industry.

The Account Manager & Studio Consultant position will entail collaboration with other members of the Telomere team, so that clients can have one point of contact, yet be working with Social Media, Advertising and Email Marketing.

This position requires extensive studio knowledge, ideally someone who has served as a studio manager or owner, who can use this knowledge as well as Telomere best practices to help bring growth and increased revenue to our clients. It also requires a lot of face to face interaction, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable in public speaking settings and who can navigate ideas thoroughly and thoughtfully, and articulate best practices throughout the process. This role requires an individual who can stay calm in the face of various stressors, and be able to create a sense of calm for the clients they work with. In addition, you’ll be working with a spirited group of individuals, so we’re looking for someone who is engaging and outgoing.

We are looking for a team player who enjoys collaborating and working with a group to bring ideas to fruition and who can actively assist the team in Telomere’s growth. 

Position Overview:

Qualifications:

• B.S./B.A. ideally in a marketing or communications-related field

• Experience with studio management

• Team player who enjoys working in collaboration

• Independent, confident, and self-motivated individual 

• Super-passionate about health, wellness, lifestyle, and healthcare

• Strong communicator 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1:1 Interaction with clients, helping them navigate a variety of business-related issues, including but not limited to staff management, pricing, email marketing, strategy, website and more.

• Be current with trends and be able to communicate ideas thoughtfully and articulately

• Be able to delegate assignments to other members of the team with adequate instruction and lead time.

• Assist with copywriting for email campaigns as necessary

• Assist with designing assets for email campaigns as necessary

• Create the studio playbook for business consulting clients; revise throughout the consulting process

• Work through the playbook in a systematic and strategic manner so that clients receive the best service possible

You’ll need to:

• Have 1 year of professional marketing or communications experience

• Have 2 years studio management experience and familiarity with the various platforms (see below)

• Feel comfortable communicating directly with clients

• Be accustomed to working on multiple projects with different deadlines simultaneously

• Dynamic, professional, able to communicate effectively and enthusiastically 

• Be confident that you are detail-oriented and always striving for continuous improvement

• Self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys working proactively and thinking creatively

• Have experience with studio management software, including MindBody and Mariana Tek

• Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Brandbot, Mind Body Marketing Suite, Mailchimp, Flodesk and ConvertKit

• Be digitally-literate, including Microsoft and Google products
