The Challenge
Yoga Deck is a renowned studio in the San Diego area, known for their innovative practice space and immersive experience driven by nature. The Strategy
We started by refining the membership model, adding in more incentive for clients to commit to become loyal members. This included revising the drop-in rates, revamping class packs and repositioning the intro offer. In addition, we added in automations to ensure clients that were experiencing the studio for the first time as well as those on the intro offer were being guided toward the membership options that most aligned with their needs.
The Result
In one year, their autopay increased by 57% while the total revenue for the studio grew by 103%. With this increased revenue, Adam was able to focus his energy on expanding revenue streams and sold out two retreats with plans for more retreats as well as an in-house teacher training program on the horizon.
