The Challenge

Amplify came to Telomere as a true ground-up launch. With no previous operations, owner Sarah needed an experienced partner to help her bring the vision to life—from strategy to systems to execution. As a first-time owner launching a Lagree studio in a competitive market, she needed help building the entire client journey, establishing foundational operations, and crafting offers and pricing that would support strong, recurring revenue.

 

The Strategy

We supported Amplify through every phase of pre-launch and launch execution. This included developing a phased launch calendar, building founding member and intro offer structures, and setting up backend operations and automations in Walla. We helped Sarah finalize her pricing strategy, design the studio’s referral program, address attendance challenges, and execute a full marketing and content plan. We also coached her on staffing, new instructor onboarding, and community engagement—all while closely monitoring KPIs to guide decisions around class schedule, utilization, and membership retention.

 

The Result

Amplify launched with strong early traction, hitting 192 first-time visitors in a single month. In just one month, visits doubled (583 to 1,116), revenue grew 59%, and Sarah saw a surge in active memberships and AutoPay conversions. With backend automations live and a full quarterly roadmap in place, Amplify is positioned for long-term growth and operational clarity from day one.
