Business Consulting and Email Marketing for Boutique Yoga Studio Focused on Retaining Members and Boosting Morale

The Challenge

Three Birds is a community-driven yoga studio with two locations, one in Florham Park, NJ and the second in South Orange, NJ. They provide a safe and supportive environment for their students and teachers to deepen their practice and grow stronger in every stage of their yoga journey. Three Birds (like many other studios) experienced a dip in memberships, revenue and prospects during the pandemic, and turned to Telomere to help make changes that would put their business back on the right track.

 

The Strategy

First, we did an in-depth analysis of Three Birds’ key performance indicators to identify the primary areas for improvement and composed a data-driven strategy to address the issues in order of importance. Our primary focus was to convert intro offers to memberships and to increase overall revenue. We then developed and implemented a detailed email and SMS marketing strategy designed to boost conversions and member engagement, while also filling an upcoming teacher training they were hosting at their studio.

 

The Result

After making improvements both in-studio and in their marketing efforts, Three Birds saw a significant increase in revenue from both new and returning clients. After working with Telomere, they nearly doubled their intro offers sold and active memberships within one calendar year. They also saw fewer cancellations, and the morale in the two studios was renewed.
