We developed the class schedule, staffing strategy, and full pricing structure, carefully aligning every element with the studio’s premium positioning. Memberships, intro offers, and class packs were designed not just for accessibility, but for conversion and retention. We created clear client pathways, mapping how each offer funneled into long term commitment and provided scripting and front desk coaching to ensure strong early conversion. We also explored future offerings like recovery services and wellness add ons, building optionality into the layout and service model.

On the backend, we configured Galeria’s systems using Arketa. We built automations to manage lead capture, first visit follow up, intro offer conversion, and new member onboarding. Reporting dashboards and staff SOPs were put in place before the doors ever opened, ensuring the team had clear processes, performance metrics, and accountability from day one.

On the marketing side, we guided the presale timeline, email capture strategy, and grand opening lead up to ensure the studio launched with visibility, momentum, and a strong early community. We supported social media planning and content direction and provided feedback and strategic input on the website to ensure alignment with the brand and conversion goals. This included sequencing offer drops, building urgency and exclusivity, and anchoring every touchpoint with Galeria’s visual identity and core brand values.

In just over 30 days, Galeria generated over $30,000 CAD in total sales, signed 49 recurring members, welcomed 248 new clients, and captured more than 600 leads through email.  Bela had no prior brick-and-mortar experience, but with a strong game plan, we helped her open profitably, convert early interest into real membership, and build lasting momentum.
