The Experience

Attending the 6:30am class at Radiance Power Yoga is worth the early morning rise. The front desk team greeted me by name right away and a quick tour of the space followed. It felt genuine and authentic. The locker rooms were spotless and well-stocked with all the little extras you’d want.

The studio itself is charming. A beautiful mural anchors the back wall behind the instructor’s spot, giving the room a sense of personality that you don’t always see. The Radiant Flow 60 class was beautifully instructed, with clear cues and well-paced. One thing I was not aware of in advance is that this class runs without music. This set an unexpectedly meditative tone which I didn’t mind.

The instructor placed hands-on assist opt-in cards at each mat before class, which I appreciated. The class moved through a solid sequence with intentional progression, and while the teaching was technical, there was room for more personal connection with those in attendance. The energy in the room stayed relatively quiet throughout.

What Makes Them Special

Radiance Power Yoga invests in the in studio experience. Pre-class communication was thorough and welcoming with multiple emails preparing me for what to expect and what to bring, and a discounted intro offer landed in my inbox shortly after class. The studio’s online presence and in-person environment feel cohesive, and there’s a sense that the team cares about getting the details right.

Where Radiance really seems to differentiate itself is its in its mommy-and-me programming. In a fitness saturated community, that kind of specialized offering speaks volumes about the studio's commitment to inclusivity and serving the full circle of a clients wellness journey.
