The rebrand centered on making the outside match what people already loved inside the studio. Telomere validated Rana and Amanda’s “modern bohemian” instincts and translated them into a warmer, more grounded visual identity with a softer color palette, updated fonts, and cleaner layouts that felt like “your second home” rather than a corporate chain. Alongside the visual refresh, the team simplified and renamed classe making the schedule instantly understandable for new clients.
The rebrand became the launchpad for operational upgrades: streamlined membership options and contracts, aligned intro offers, and automations. The brand refresh was the first marker of Your Pilates Place new, more coherent way of doing business.

Telomere got to work on the three most pressing systems wearing down Your Pilates Place ability to grow effectively.
1. Simplified Pricing and a Clear Conversion Path
Your Pilates Place needed a single streamlined path from intro offer to membership. Telomere eliminated confusing multi-offer intros and removed the friction of long-term contracts to align with best studio practices for membership. Telomere built out a full acquisition strategy from launching and optimizing Meta and Google ad campaigns, developing a direct mail campaign, creating targeted local business outreach programs, and activating influencer marketing via a local influencer. Each channel is tracked and optimized, with KPI reporting reviewed regularly to redirect budget as needed.
Six Months Later: A Stronger Membership Engine and a Busier Room
In just six months, Your Pilates Place saw a 3.2x increase in autopay revenue, with total revenue growing 188%! Month after month, recurring revenue exceeded the studio’s internal projections. This proved the new pricing and automations were doing their job, increasing month-over-month with more opportunity on the horizon.
The schedule changes were also seeing strong results, with utilization moving from 13% to a strong 35%. The most popular classes reached full capacity with waitlists forming by March 2026. The studio's brand, website, and member communications were fully refreshed to reflect the warm, community-driven identity Rana and Amanda had always envisioned. There’s still room to grow, but with paid visits increasing 45% month-over-month, the outlook is bright for Your Pilates Place in the coming year.
