Our Strategy for Turning Overwhelm Into a Clear, Consistent Client Journey

01

The Challenge: An Established Yoga Studio Losing Its Message in the Noise

Wildflowers Yoga was born in 2019 from founder Brandi Sadler’s vision of creating a sanctuary in Gainesville that truly felt like home. With over 20 years of practice and experience, Brandi carried a deep love for the ancient roots of yoga and a desire to bring those teachings back to the North Central Florida community.

The studio quickly became a haven for connection, reflection, and healing. A place where yoga wasn’t just physical practice, but a way of life. But as the years went on, growth came with challenge.

Brandi was juggling too much at once. Wildflowers, like many studios, wanted to be the right fit for everyone, which diluted the message and created confusion. Marketing was inconsistent, new clients weren’t always sure what path to follow, and intro students rarely converted into members. The result was:

  • Overwhelm and inconsistency, with too many initiatives pulling focus.

  • Unclear brand communication, especially for beginners unsure of where to start.

  • Retention struggles, with a significant drop-off after intro offers.

  • Marketing deprioritized, leaving the studio’s heart and values under-communicated.

Brandi had built a beautiful space and community, but she needed clarity, structure, and strategy to make sure the studio’s purpose shone as brightly as its practice.

The Strategy: Applying Studionomics to Simplify Pricing, Marketing, and Operations

When Wildflowers partnered with Telomere, the goal was to bring focus back to the heart of the studio and build systems that could support sustainable growth. We began with the schedule, ensuring it reflected the full range of client avatars, from long-time practitioners to beginners just stepping onto the mat. Class names and descriptions were refined to feel more approachable, and small but intentional shifts, like staggering schedule changes, were recommended to create more consistency in attendance.

From there, we turned to pricing and client pathways. The intro offer was elevated on the website, positioned clearly as the first step into the Wildflowers community. Packs and memberships were restructured to simplify decision-making and guide clients more naturally toward long-term commitment. The goal was to make the journey from newcomer to member not only clear but deeply welcoming.

Marketing and communication were another area of transformation. Instead of lengthy newsletters that risked overwhelming readers, we moved to a model of bite-sized, multi-channel content that kept students engaged without the noise. At the same time, we supported staffing transitions to bring fresh energy into social media. Messaging was sharpened to reflect what made Wildflowers unique: not just another yoga studio, but a collective rooted in tradition, healing, and connection.

Operationally, we introduced systems that would give Brandi and her team clarity and accountability. Monthly KPI tracking was put in place to replace inefficient documentation and keep leadership focused on measurable progress. Budget and payroll management were refined to align expenses with revenue goals, ensuring financial systems supported rather than hindered growth.

Every decision was made with intention: to strip away complexity, remove operational inefficiency, strengthen communication (internal and external), and create a client journey that felt as thoughtful and intentional as the practice itself. What emerged was a studio with renewed clarity, one that could honor its roots while moving toward sustainable, heart-centered growth.
